We are searching for a strategic and creative Product Marketer who will be the critical link between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This is a new role, designed for a proactive individual who can navigate the intricacies of our product offerings while effectively communicating their value to the market. As a “spider in the web,” you will be working closely with all other departments.


This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our international target audience and differentiate Bizzy in the market.
  • Feature Communication: Effectively communicate new features both externally to customers and internally across departments to ensure alignment and awareness.
  • Onboarding & Upsell Optimization: Optimize our onboarding and upsell flow through strategic messaging and retargeting efforts to drive customer success and retention.
  • SEO Optimization: Take ownership of SEO efforts to enhance product visibility and drive organic growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring cohesive execution of marketing initiatives, embodying our commitment to staying united by growth. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure product features and updates are effectively marketed and supported.
  • GTM Enablement: Provide the Sales team with the tools, training, and information they need to sell Bizzy’s products effectively. This includes creating product guides, battle cards, and conducting product training sessions.
  • Content Development: Create and manage a variety of content, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and presentations, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics, embracing candid candor by sharing transparent and actionable feedback.

Job requirements

To excel it in this role, you should have/be

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building bridges between teams #unitedbygrowth #candidcandor
  • Ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused messaging #leadtheway
  • Experience with content creation and a knack for storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
