As a Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding and strengthening our partner ecosystem. Your mission is to identify, cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships that align with our goals, driving mutual growth and value. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit to position Bizzy as a market leader and build a strong sales and product partnership community. This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Developing strategic partnerships: Identify and approach potential partners aligned with Bizzy’s objectives. Create strategic proposals showcasing mutual value and build a dynamic sales community that positions Bizzy as a thought leader in the market. #LeadTheWay with innovative partnership strategies.

  • Building relationships: Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, becoming their trusted main point of contact for all partnership-related activities. #CandidCandor ensures open, honest communication.

  • Driving joint marketing and sales initiatives: Work closely with partners to design and execute joint marketing campaigns, sales activities, and initiatives that achieve shared business success.

  • Performance monitoring: Regularly assess the impact and ROI of partnerships by gathering data and reporting on key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.

  • Cross-team collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure partnership goals align with Bizzy’s overall strategy and create seamless integration. We are #UnitedByGrowth through shared goals and teamwork.

  • Staying market-aware: Continuously track industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to uncover and capitalize on new partnership opportunities.

To excel it in this role, you should have/be

  • Experience in partnership development: A proven record of establishing and growing strategic partnerships within a B2B setting.

  • Adaptable & proactive: Thrive in dynamic environments and anticipate changes, taking initiative to address challenges and create new opportunities.

  • Strong communicator: Ability to clearly articulate value propositions and maintain open communication with partners and internal teams. #CandidCandor in all interactions!

  • Strategic and analytical mindset: Skill in developing and executing strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.

  • Negotiation skills: Proven expertise in negotiating and closing agreements that are mutually beneficial.

  • Team player: Skilled at working cross-functionally and aligning internal stakeholders with partnership goals.

  • Pay-it-forward mentality: Share knowledge and foster growth among peers, contributing to Bizzy’s collective success.

  • Results-driven: Focused on achieving goals with measurable impacts.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch: You’re a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
