We've experienced strong growth over the past few years and recently surpassed 500 customers. As we continue to scale, we're focused on ensuring our customers become even more successful and satisfied. To turn this into reality, we are looking for a stellar and experienced Head of Customer Success.

📍 Location: Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
🔥 What you'll be doing
Lead the Customer Success team – Coach, inspire, and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver best-in-class service.
Design the big picture – Build and execute a scalable Customer Success strategy that drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
Own customer outcomes – You’re not just about keeping customers happy—you’re about helping them achieve real, measurable results.
Align across the company – Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to make sure customer insights drive our growth and innovation.
Set the metrics that matter – Define KPIs, measure performance, and use data to continuously optimize how we work.
Be the voice of the customer – Champion feedback and insights across the organization to keep us laser-focused on what really matters.

Job requirements
💡 What makes you the perfect match
You’ve got 5+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership roles, ideally in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You’ve built and scaled Customer Success teams before and you know what works (and what doesn’t).
You think strategically but aren’t afraid to get hands-on when needed. You love setting direction and rolling up your sleeves.
You’re passionate about customer outcomes and know how to turn strong relationships into strong results.
You’re data-driven, you understand how to track health scores, churn rates, NRR, and more, and you use those insights to steer the ship.
You’re an inspiring people manager who knows how to hire, coach, and lead a team to high performance.
Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a nice bonus).
