Someone with serious experience under their belt, who gets energy from solving complex data challenges, building rock-solid infrastructure, and lifting the whole team to a higher level.

🔥 What you'll be doing

• Build the backbone – Design and maintain scalable data pipelines that keep our platform fast, fresh, and future-proof.

• Connect the dots – Integrate diverse data sources like public registers, trade data, and intent signals into one powerful stream of insights.

• Keep it clean – Own data governance and quality assurance. We're talking proactive, not reactive.

• Shape the big picture – Influence key data infrastructure decisions and help leadership make strategic, data-driven choices.

• Automate the boring stuff – Create tools to monitor, transform, and validate data so we can focus on what matters.

• Leverage AI smartly – Explore how AI and ML can enhance our data pipelines, improve data quality, and unlock new insights at scale.

• Mentor and multiply – Share your knowledge, coach junior and mid-level engineers, and help your team grow stronger every sprint. #UnitedByGrowth

💡 What makes you a great fit

• Proven data expert – 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering. You've built, maintained and scaled serious data infrastructure — and you've got the battle scars to prove it.

• Master of the modern data stack – Deep experience with tools like Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred). You know your way around data lakes, warehouses, and everything in between.

• Pipeline architect – You design robust, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that don't just work — they work beautifully. You think in terms of reliability, performance and maintainability.

• AI-curious & future-focused – You actively explore how AI and machine learning can improve data processes. You know when to experiment and when to ship.

• Quality-obsessed – Data governance, testing, monitoring and validation aren't afterthoughts for you — they're core to how you build.

• People-first mindset – You genuinely enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge and raising the bar for the whole team. #CandidCandor

• Business-aware – You understand that great data engineering isn't just about technology — it's about enabling the business to make smarter, faster decisions.
