We are looking for an Sales Development Representative to join our team and introduce our B2B Intelligence Platform to customers. As an SDR, you'll be the front line of our sales process, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities.
You will learn the ropes of the sales profession and grow quickly into an account executive role.
This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home for 2 days per week.

Hereâs what youâll be doing
- Building a Lead Pipeline: You scout out potential leads using Bizzy and make the first contact via cold calling. Find the key decision-makers and gather relevant information about potential customers.
- Generation leads: Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events and craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to grab the attention of potential leads.
- Qualifying Prospects: Have initial chats with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, working methods, and budget. By doing this you figure out if theyâre a perfect match for our products or services.
- Create opportunities: Set up meetings or demos for qualified leads with the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of lead info to keep the sales process seamless.
- Managing the database: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and relevant info gathered during prospecting and qualifying in Hubspot

- Resilient and Persistent: Handle rejection like a champ and stay motivated and persistent when facing challenges.
- Fluent in English and Dutch: You are a Dutch native speaker and and fluent in English, both spoken and written.
