🚀 From vision to execution: own the product that’s changing sales tech
At Bizzy, we’re on a mission to become the #1 lead generation platform in Europe for B2B sales teams. After building the most complete European B2B company database and launching the first AI Sales Agent that proactively finds your next customer, we’re ready for the next chapter. And that chapter needs a Head of Product.
We’re looking for a Head of Product who can lead our product direction, elevate our Product Managers, and bring clarity and focus to how we build. You’ll join the leadership team, own the roadmap, and work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to make sure our platform isn’t just keeping up with the market — it’s leading it.
📍 Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
🔥 What you’ll be doing?
Set the vision - Define and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Bizzy’s mission and growth ambitions.
Drive the roadmap - Translate customer needs, market signals, and business goals into a focused roadmap that balances short-term impact with long-term bets.
Lead the team - Manage and coach 2 Product Managers — helping them grow, prioritize effectively, and deliver at high speed.
Make it happen - Work hand-in-hand with Engineering to ship features that sales teams love and competitors can’t keep up with.
Stay close to the market - Talk to customers, prospects, and our go-to-market teams to keep your finger on the pulse of what’s next.
Be a voice in leadership - As part of the leadership team, contribute to key company decisions, represent the product perspective, and help shape Bizzy’s overall strategy.
Vereisten
💡What makes you a great fit?
6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven success in building SaaS products, ideally in B2B, data, or AI-driven environments.
Strong product strategy skills — you can zoom out to define vision, then zoom in to prioritize features.
Experience managing and coaching PMs, fostering both accountability and growth.
Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with experimentation and iteration.
Collaborative by nature — you bring people together across teams and functions.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
Able to join us in Ghent at least 3 days per week.
