As we grow fast, we need a high-energy, passionate Customer Success Manager whoâs ready to roll up their sleeves and thrive in our scale-up hustle.
As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), youâll turn customers into Bizzy ambassadors by building strong relationships and helping them succeed with our product. Youâll be the vital link between customers and teams like product, engineering, and sales. Weâre after someone tech-savvy, a great communicator, and a natural problem-solver. Your mission? Boost product adoption, retain customers, and help drive Bizzyâs growth.
This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Hereâs what youâll be doing:
Building relationships: Cultivate strong, genuine, and long-lasting connections with clients, establishing yourself as their trusted partner throughout their journey.
Owning the client journey: Be the primary point of contact, always ready to address client needs and help them succeed with our product.
Identifying opportunities: Spot chances to deliver even more value by proposing tailored solutions and innovative ideas that clients will love.
Bridging gaps: Act as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring client feedback directly shapes our product and drives improvements. #UnitedByGrowth
Boosting engagement: Drive product adoption through creative training sessions, webinars, events, and hands-on support that inspire enthusiasm. #LeadTheWay
Ensuring retention: Monitor client health, proactively tackle churn risks, and implement strategies that build loyalty and satisfaction.
Resolving escalations: Handle client concerns with urgency and professionalism, always staying focused on achieving positive outcomes.

Job requirements
To excel it in this role, you should have/be
Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
Exceptional communication: Great interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and connection with clients.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
Problem-solving mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Energy and enthusiasm: A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
Team collaboration: A team-player mindset with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
Multilingual fluency: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is a must.
