As we grow fast, we need a high-energy, passionate Customer Success Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and thrive in our scale-up hustle.

As our new Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will partner with Laura, our current CSM, to provide top-notch support and guidance to our clients. You will be the crucial bridge between our clients and our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of any issues. Your goal is to enhance client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and ultimately contribute to our growth and success.

This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with Laura to manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their success with our product.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring client feedback is accurately conveyed to Product and Engineering.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize their use of our solutions.
  • Drive product adoption and user engagement through training sessions, webinars, and personalized support.
  • Monitor client health metrics and develop strategies to mitigate churn and promote retention.
  • Handle client escalations with urgency, professionalism, and a focus on resolution.


To excel it in this role, you should have/be

  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is a must.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
