We’re looking for an AI Innovation Engineer to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible with NLP, LLMs, and agent systems. You’ll work on the brains behind our platform - building intelligent features that help sales teams spend less time searching and more time selling. 📍 Based in Ghent, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

🔥 What you’ll be doing

• Design and deploy advanced AI/ML models with a focus on NLP and LLMs

• Productionize agent systems using LLMOps best practices

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to bring AI into the core of our platform

• Stay on top of AI trends and turn them into real impact

💡 What makes you a great fit?

• 1+ years of experience implementing LLM-based Agents in a production environment.

• Excellent proficiency in Python, with clean, maintainable code practices.

• Good understanding of Agent concepts such as Tools, Guardrails, and prompt orchestration.

• Experience with Agent observability: tracing, online/offline evaluations, and metrics such as hallucination rate, correctness, latency, and user satisfaction.

• Familiarity with common Agent frameworks or equivalent in-house solutions.

• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and strategies for improving LLM responses.

• Basic knowledge of vector databases.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI deployments and containerization (Docker).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and iterate quickly in an experimental environment.

• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest GenAI research and best practices.

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

🏆 Bonus

• Familiarity with fine-tuning (e.g., using Unsloth) to adapt models for specific use cases.

• Experience with running models efficiently and cost-effectively in production (e.g., vLLM, model quantization, inference optimization).

• Hands-on experience with Langfuse for observability and analytics.

• Experience with the OpenAI Agents SDK for building and deploying advanced agent workflows.
