As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle inbound leads and nurture them through the sales cycle. Your primary focus will be engaging prospects who express interest in Bizzy, showcasing our solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales.


This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home 2 days per week.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Managing inbound leads: Quickly engage with inbound leads who have shown interest in Bizzy’s solutions, guiding them through their journey to becoming a customer. This includes identifying hurdles and helping remove barriers to self-conversion.

  • Conducting needs: Deep dive into understanding the prospect’s needs, challenges, and goals, tailoring Bizzy’s solutions to address their specific requirements.

  • Supporting the product-led growth (PLG) flow: Assist prospects in seamlessly navigating Bizzy’s self-service and trial processes, ensuring a smooth journey to purchase. If customers encounter challenges, proactively work with internal teams (like marketing) to resolve issues, such as embedding necessary content.

  • Qualifying leads: Evaluate leads to ensure they align with Bizzy’s ideal customer profile and understand their business needs, while assessing if our offerings meet their expectations.

  • Pipeline management: Maintain accurate CRM documentation, tracking all communications, lead statuses, and next steps to ensure transparency and smooth hand-offs.

  • Detail-oriented: Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads in a timely manner.

  • Collaborative: Partner with marketing, SDRs, and other teams to align efforts and maximise success.

  • Adaptable & flexible: Stay on your toes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Persistent & goal-driven: Thrive on hitting and exceeding targets, with a strong desire to succeed.

  • Fluent in English and Dutch: You’re a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
